1. Sportsval is a private program. By registering at Sportsval.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Rules") and you voluntarily become a member of the program, and agree not to hold Sportsval liable for any financial loss whatsoever that you may experience under any circumstances.

2. Only one member account per IP address (i.e. computer, family, household, school or any environment sharing internet connection) is allowed.

3. Minimum purchase is one betting unit, worth of $5 USD.

4. Maximum single purchase is $1,000 USD at any one time.

5. Once a purchase is made, the funds transferred become the property of Sportsval and are converted to betting units for use on the Sportsval site only.

6. Betting units are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Betting units purchased after September 20th 2009 are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Betting units received from winnings are valid for one month.

7. Upgraded (funded) accounts are entitled to earn 7% referral commission by referring new members with a referral link. Upgraded account holders also have the priority of receiving the free betting tips to their email address shortly after they are published.

8. Self-referring is not allowed, and such accounts will be deleted without prior notice.

9. Free members are not eligible for the referral fees or betting tip email alerts.

10. Referral commissions are credited to member's cash balance and can be withdrawn at any time the withdrawal feature is available (currently Saturdays and Sundays only).

11. To earn any indicated returns, members are required to manually place bets on the members area.

12. There are no deposit / purchase fees. Sell and cashout fees are decided by Sportsval and can bew reviewed clearly on the appropriate web pages on the member area.

13. Profits are generated in best effort basis. No profits or preservation of value are guaranteed.

14. Members accept that their betting units and cash on member accounts can lose part or all of their value prematurely.

15. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

16. Sportsval may at its discretion terminate a client account for any reason.

17. These rules may be changed at any time without notice.
